Every picking is unique so your flowers are a limited edition, a truly one-off. We don’t follow a recipe, we let nature inspire our hand-made bouquets.

BUNCHES & BUNDLES
Fresh pickings of whatever is best in the garden. Our bunches are tied simply with string and wrapped in plain paper, ready to be unwrapped and placed into your vase. A bundle of pickings is perfect if you wish to arrange your flowers yourself. Small $25 | Medium $35 | Large $50

BUCKETS
Buckets are a collection of seasonal blooms loose in a bucket, ready for you to arrange. We curate your flowers, foliage, and herbs so you can create floral arrangements in your own style. Start at $95 for a bucketful of what’s fresh and bountiful in season.
Whether you need a few stems or a lot of blooms, we’re here to help. We work with other local growers to provide you with the widest selection of flowers if something on your wish list is not available at The Pickery. This might include specific varieties of roses, peonies, dahlia and heritage chrysanthemums or large volumes of our seasonal blooms.
COLLECT OR DELIVERED TO YOUR DOOR
Buy direct from us to get our freshest flowers. You can order flowers to collect any day from our Garden Gate Flower Shed. We deliver flowers to Upper Hutt on Friday mornings – delivery charge is $5 (Kaitoke – Central Upper Hutt) and $7.50 (Trentham-Silverstream). Gift bouquets can be delivered on other days by arrangement – additional delivery charges apply (email us for details).
HOW TO ORDER
Order your flowers via our online shop. Orders must be placed 24 hours in advance so that we can pick your flowers fresh. You can choose to collect from us or for delivery on Friday’s.

GET YOUR FLOWER FIX ACROSS THE SEASON
Having a weekly or fortnightly delivery of flowers will allow you to enjoy the whole flowering season.
During Spring, Summer, and Autumn, we have a limited number of floral subscriptions available. Subscribers are first to receive the newest flower varieties as they come into season and are given priority at our retreats.
We love flowery friends so much that there’s often a special surprise to celebrate high points in the season.

BUY DRIED FLOWERS
PRESERVED NATURALLY TO LAST LONGER
For lasting colour, scent, and garden style, we grow everlasting flowers specifically for drying.
Hung to dry in the fresh air of our barn we keep our dried flower collection for you to enjoy when our fresh flowers are finished for the season.
Our hand-tied everlasting flower bouquets are made to order, or you can buy bundles of dried flowers to make your own bouquets, wreaths, and floral art.
Our dried flowers are also supplied to a number of local florists and shops for purchase locally.
